Welcome to the TX60 Pro platform. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to your use of the TX60 Pro website, mobile application, and all related services. By registering on TX60 Pro or using the platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

These Terms & Conditions form a legal agreement between TX60 Pro ("we", "the Company") and the user ("you", "member"). TX60 Pro complies with all applicable laws and regulations in Bangladesh and operates under a valid license.

The following requirements must be met to open an account and use TX60 Pro's services:

• You must be at least 18 years old to apply. TX60 Pro strictly prohibits minors from participating in any gaming activity.
• Each individual may register only one account. Operating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
• All information provided at registration must be complete, accurate, and up to date.
• Online gaming must be legal in your country or region of residence.
• Anyone whose previous account was closed by TX60 Pro is not eligible to register.
• A valid mobile number and email address are required to register.

Your TX60 Pro account is strictly personal. You are responsible for maintaining its security. TX60 Pro ensures the following:

• Keep your account password strong and never share it with anyone.
• Always log out after using a public device.
• If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, contact TX60 Pro Support immediately.
• TX60 Pro will never ask for your password or OTP.
• KYC verification may be required to update account information.

TX60 Pro reserves the right to temporarily suspend any account where suspicious activity is detected. The support team will notify the account holder of any such suspension.

TX60 Pro supports the most widely used payment methods in Bangladesh. The following rules apply to all deposits:

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 (two hundred BDT).
• Accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and approved bank transfers.
• Deposits are usually instant, though bank transfers may take 1–2 business days.
• Only use payment methods registered in your own name.
• Use of third-party payment methods is prohibited and may result in account closure.
• TX60 Pro does not charge any additional fees on deposits.

Withdrawals on TX60 Pro are processed transparently and securely. The following conditions apply to all withdrawals:

• KYC verification (national ID and selfie) must be completed before making a withdrawal.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 (five hundred BDT).
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• Standard withdrawal processing takes 1–3 business days.
• Winnings from bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal.
• TX60 Pro may request additional information to verify suspicious withdrawal requests.
• In compliance with anti-money laundering regulations, additional verification may be required for large withdrawals.

TX60 Pro offers a variety of bonuses and promotional offers. Each bonus comes with specific terms that you should read before accepting:

• Welcome Bonus: New members receive a bonus on their first deposit. Withdrawals are not permitted until the specified wagering requirements have been met.
• Reload Bonus: Regular members receive a deposit bonus every week. Terms may vary from week to week.
• Cashback Offers: A percentage of losses is returned to you over a specified period.
• Referral Bonus: Invite friends to TX60 Pro and earn a bonus.
• Bonus abuse — such as claiming bonuses across multiple accounts or arbitrage betting — is strictly prohibited.
• TX60 Pro reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotional offer at any time.

The following rules apply to all betting on TX60 Pro at all times:

• Once confirmed, bets cannot be changed or cancelled.
• If a bet is voided due to a technical issue, the staked amount will be refunded.
• If an event in Sports Betting is cancelled or suspended, settlement will follow TX60 Pro's rules.
• TX60 Pro reserves the right to void any bets placed on odds that were set in error.
• Delays are normal in live betting. Attempting to exploit delays may result in account closure.
• TX60 Pro reserves the right to set betting limits for any member.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on TX60 Pro and will result in permanent account closure:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Registering or verifying an account using false information.
• Bonus abuse, arbitrage betting, or promotion exploitation.
• Attempting to harm TX60 Pro through hacking, viruses, or malware.
• Using bots or automated software to place bets or play games.
• Using TX60 Pro for money laundering or any other illegal purpose.
• Harassing, threatening, or defrauding other members.
• Unauthorized use of TX60 Pro's intellectual property.

All content, logos, designs, software, and trademarks on the TX60 Pro website and app are the exclusive property of TX60 Pro. These assets are:

• Protected under copyright and trademark law.
• Reproduction, distribution, or modification without prior written permission from TX60 Pro is strictly prohibited.
• Permitted for personal, non-commercial use only.

TX60 Pro is committed to delivering the highest quality of service. However, TX60 Pro's liability is limited in the following circumstances:

• Interruption to gameplay or betting due to internet connectivity issues.
• Where a transaction is delayed due to a third-party payment gateway.
• Unforeseen technical issues or force majeure circumstances.
• Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your own negligence.

TX60 Pro is committed to resolving issues promptly and, where possible, compensating affected members to the best of its ability.

• Registering or verifying an account with false information.
• Where fraud, cheating, or money laundering is suspected.
• If KYC verification has not been completed.
• When directed by a legal authority.

If a permanently closed account holds a valid balance, TX60 Pro will consider returning it once verification is complete. However, if the account was closed due to a rule violation, the balance may be forfeited.

Members may also request account closure at any time. In such cases, the account will be deactivated once any valid balance has been withdrawn.

TX60 Pro believes gaming should be enjoyed responsibly, as a form of entertainment. We care about the mental and financial wellbeing of all our members. TX60 Pro's responsible gaming tools include:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits for your account.
• Session time limits: Set a maximum duration for each gaming session.
• Self-exclusion: Take a break from the platform for a set period of time.
• Reality Check: Receive reminders about your gaming time and spending at regular intervals.
• Account Cooling-Off: Use the cooling-off feature to take a temporary break from your account.

TX60 Pro is committed to resolving all disputes promptly and fairly. The dispute resolution process is as follows:

• If your issue is not resolved through support, you may file a formal complaint. TX60 Pro will respond within 7 business days.
• If a formal complaint remains unresolved, you may escalate the matter to the relevant regulatory authority.
• In all disputes, TX60 Pro's logs and records shall serve as the final and conclusive evidence.
